Hey, here's a little bit about me š
Similar to many other engineers, my fascination with technology began at a young age. It started with our family's first computer, which took an eternity to load Google Chrome, and later with my beloved LG Cookie smartphone. I spent countless hours tinkering with system settings, and eventually became tech support for my entire extended family.
Following the completion of my GCSEs, I was faced with the decision of whether to attend sixth-form or college. Ultimately, I opted for the latter as sixth-form would have mandated that I take on two additional courses outside of computing - the field I was truly passionate about.
Despite the possibility of limiting my university options, I made the decision to attend college in pursuit of my passion for computing. While it was a challenging decision to make, I have never regretted it, as it allowed me the opportunity to land my first commercial role after completing a period of work experience for a local freelancer.
Reflecting back, that opportunity was truly instrumental in shaping my career path and getting me to where I am today. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of people and companies, ranging from agency work early on to my current position in software engineering.
